Please note, The Penthouse XL Annex Room is only the annex that attaches below the roof tent. It does not include the roof top tent...duh.

 The Penthouse XL Annex Room is a wicked awesome addition to The room easily attaches to the bottom of the opened RTT creating a lovely storage area, change room or whatever the hell you want to use it for. This annex includes windows with mesh bug netting on each side and a zip entrance. The tent comes with pegs and mounting gear to attach it to the bottom of the RTT and also to secure it to the ground. The Annex can stay attached to the tent base once mounted and stored under the waterproof cover when closed.
